Spring and Summer Travels. Spring is finally here. And along with that comes new beginnings. The flowers come alive and put on a show for all to see. The tree’s begin to put their leaves back on. And the grass turns a vibrant green. The beauty of nature shows us all that is good in the world.
New Beginnings
Spring also signifies the start of a new beginning for families across the world. Many have gone through some terrible winter weather. Now it’s time to start making plans for our spring and summer travels in the month’s ahead. Where they want to go. What they want to see. And all the activities to take in when vacation time arrives. I take this time to sit down with the family. And start doing that myself. Luckily I found a travel app. That saves me a lot of money on my hotels. The app is found Here. And in all my travels before. I used to use the most common apps. Like Expedia, Travelocity etc. But I am able to save a lot more money with this new app. I got to sign up for free. And I even get cash back when I book through them.
We love to travel. And luckily we have had the opportunity to do so. Now that the kids are older. They know we are going to have that family vacation. So each of them start saving early. Then we have a family discussion on where to go this year.
Family Travel
Now having five boys and two girls. Can be a little tricky sometimes. The boys want to go somewhere they can fish and go boating. Luckily my girls like to do some of those things to. No matter where we go. We make sure that everyone has fun. That could be going and seeing all the sights (as my oldest daughter likes). Then fishing and cooking out. Like the boys like to do. Going somewhere different is a priority every year. And in a different state. As the children grow even older. Our long range plans are to travel abroad.
The wife and I have always wanted to travel to Europe, Canada, and Japan. And of course Hawaii. That is the beauty of this new app. You can go anywhere in the world and use it. It is a Global App. That you can sign up for free Here.
More Fun Things To Do:
Spring and Summer Travels is not the only thing we associate with spring. It’s time to open up the windows and air out the house. Get outside and work in the yard. And just enjoy the great outdoors. In the comfort of our backyard. No matter where you live or who you are. Just being outside after the winter months is so invigorating.
Getting the garden ready to plant. And cutting the grass. Is relaxing to me. Once spring arrives you will see me up early in the morning. Starting my day with my special cup of coffee out on the patio. Enjoying the birds singing before it’s time to go to work. For me that’s a great way to start the day. Before I get into the grind we call work.
Once I arrive back home from work. It’s time to wind down. What better way to do that then to sit down to a nice dinner (we like to cook out a lot). And open a nice bottle of wine (red or white depending on what we are eating). That we get from our wine club every month. And sit out on the patio table. Talk about how our days went. Just enjoying each others company.
More Popular Things To Do:
Some other popular things we like to do is take in a baseball game. We are lucky. We have a local team that we can go watch. Grab a couple hot dogs. Maybe some popcorn. And our favorite beverage. Sit and relax and watch some good baseball. In the nice weather. It’s inexpensive entertainment. And good baseball.
Well that’s it for now. I hope that I have given you some tips or ways to enjoy the spring and summer. For me it’s the best time of year. The season where you just get done with the harsh winters and right before the hot summer.
